I think you kind of needed a picture of an old person doing the splits, just to prove that it's possible. I believe you, I mean, I know some sixtysomethings who can do tripod and handstand pose in yoga, but still, a picture would have been nice.

I stopped doing them since i started back school again in september, i had less time to do them, and well lets say, there gone, but there back now lol
I've never heard of that before, lol, try stretching your muscles more carefully, you might have pulled a muscle going down into the split, making it hurt when coming up out of it.
this actually helped me get down further, im nearly there! thanks 4 ur help. if anyone wants 2 no.i no another strech 2 help is by putting one leg as straight as u can up against a wall and one leg standing normal for about 30 seconds it helped me alot and now im about 5 cm away from the floor!

I can do the splits really goo dbut when it comes to get out of it, it really hurts but i can deal with it hahaha .x.x.x.x.

I've never heard of that before, lol, try stretching your muscles more carefully, you might have pulled a muscle going down into the split, making it hurt when coming up out of it.

this actually helped me get down further, im nearly there! thanks 4 ur help. if anyone wants 2 no.i no another strech 2 help is by putting one leg as straight as u can up against a wall and one leg standing normal for about 30 seconds it helped me alot and now im about 5 cm away from the floor!
