lauren was different in laguna beach. she was more happy, in the hills she's more sad and serious

I don't think she ever had any friends besides Lo ever. Stephen was her friend, but he couldn't stay friends with her because she would treat any girlfriend he had like she treated Kristin. So he had to stop being her friend. Who else was ever close to her? Everyone else LC gets mad at as soon as they start dating and she is no longer the only person in their life. Notice that Lo never ever has a guy. If she did LC would hate her too.
