In response to one caller and bringing the case to the forefront, people have been contacted. NAACP, Jesse Jackson, other civil rights groups, media, the Oprah Winfrey show, etc.

It is politically expedient to not review this case and for the governor to not be soft on crime and pardon the Scott Sisters. But advocates have worked to publicize this case on their behalf for a long time.

Where are the conviction papers? What, precisely were they charged with, on what evidence? And what is their past record?

I've been asking for evidence for a long time and all I hear is people talking about how BAD it is.

I just want to know if what these people are saying is vaguely true.

Remember the Jena 6 case? When the truth came out, it was obvious the pity party was telling a HEAP of LIES!
