I really came for Goatwhore,but 1349 was an entirely different experience, the "norwegian sound" really came through, and had a quality apart from the american bands.

We've had Emperor, Immortal, Carpathian Forest, 1349, Mayhem, Dark Funeral, Behemoth, Satyricon, Venom, Destroyer 666, Belphegor, Naglfar, Impaled Nazarene, Marduk, and more here in L.A.. The bands kept dedicating songs to the crowd and pits. Being at a show and not pitting is like opening up a sixer and not drinking. We go to shows to EXPLODE!
