  • You have a second part?

  • Great!!!

  • made in china

  • Is it a whole form or just part?

  • "Lian Huan Quan" comes in various form depending on the Shifu teaching it. The objective of this form is not fighting but to teach the basics of punch, kicks and stances. This is the first form learned in Shaolin. If I remember correctly, it's the (fire fist form) and the one learned after is "Xiao Hong Quan" known as the (little red fist) form.

  • omg its obviously not wu bu quan =__= all these stupid comments

  • its not wu bu quan, its not even the full version of lian huan quan. its like 40% of it

  • it's just a another version of lian huan quan you practice. i practice lian huan quan also, and it are very smiliar to that form here.

  • the hole form he performs in the start of the video.

  • @pagokrat0r

Where on Youtube is whole form of Lian Huan Quan please?

  • @MasterPedroJoe The guy at the beggining ( 0:03 to 0:20 ) is doing the lian huan quan , but he's doing the small version of it. There are 2 different lian huan quans. This is the rookie one. The instructions are not for the whole form though

  • @pagokrat0r

ok becouse I know form Beijing Quan and it look like this form. Is anywhere full version?

  • @MasterPedroJoe this is the full version:

    watch?v=rJcBTwLsXfk&feature=related

  • This is NOT wubu quan! Though it looks a little similarly. There are several variants of wubu but all of them assume certain sequence of stances.

This short routine is unknown for me, but however is NICE!

  • five stance boxing

  • actually five stance boxing would be "wu(five) bu(stance) quan(fist/boxing)".

    ...as far as I know....

  • Yep, you're right, it's Lianhuan Quan (Continuous Boxing)

  • ahaha he just says on the narration it uses the 5 stances!

  • @MickeyLightnin well it DOES use 5 of the 7 basic shaolin stances. that dont mean its wu bu quan. this is lianhuan quan. generally the second set learned in a typical shaolin curriculum.

  • thats what I meant, the naration says he uses 5 stances and not that this is wubuquan. I learnt Wubuquan the day I started wushu!

  • amazing vid
