The spawns are actually good. The main thing is that you're supposed to spawn near teammates. to be able to build up teamwork quickly after dying. I agree that it dosen't work properly in pubs all the time when people just constantly die and spawn in non stop. It's to much action going on and sometimes enemies are looking the way where you were meant to spawn at. Then you'll get a random spawn..
