@fredezzell in my own experience the only way to deal with a bully is to speak the only language they understand, the language of asswhoop, excuse my language. bullying, to them, is power, the more they do it, the more they are feared and the more power they feel, and that needs to be reversed, dont attack him, BUT dont just sit and take it either, take karate lessons instead, and when he comes to bully you, teach him a lesson he will not soon forget, encourage this in others.

@cooldude1234523 I don't think you could be anymore wrong about that. The parents do share the majority of the blame for why a kid would bully someone, but a beating is definitely not the way to go. In fact, many bullies will be aggressive as an outlet caused by abuse.

Bullying, like juvenile crime & teen pregnancy, is a PARENTIING FAIL due to the subjective attitude parents have toward any authority on child-rearing. Thus causing the break down of the family unit & our society as a whole. The point is babies are having babies before they are trained to care unselfishly for another humanbeing & what do we get? I never did anything to deserve being being beaten or teased or humiliated, but they did it anyway because no one ever had the courage to step in and do something, or even just say something. Today, I'm a bodybuilder and a martial artist, and as long as I live, I will NEVER just stand by and do nothing.

At my old high school, you can get suspended for up to 10 days for helping a kid who's being bullied. If you defend yourself against a bully, you get up to 10 days suspension. If you are the bully, you get ISS. How messed up is that?
