Being in 7th grade at my friends house, his older sister was going into Senior year. She had this boyfriend Joe who was a senior too and he was like ultra jock and we always used to wrestle with him on the trampoline and play baseball and shit. I just remember him always playing this and never giving us a turn because we were so much smaller than him, so we just had to resort to watching him

Since Ninty decided to stick with the cartridge format, they didn't have enough memory to put in FMVs, but it also allowed them to have the edge in the in-game graphics. It wasn't until RE2 that a company put in FMVs in an N64, albiet very compressed, think cell phone quality youtube videos to get a good idea..

The FMV in RE2 isn't that bad actually. RE2 for the 64 was a 2 disc game on one cartridge, had all FMV sequences, and had other extra options and files. It just showed how much they could do with the 64, and only a bold few ever did. Gex 3 had FMV, as did Jeopardy and Wheel of fortune, Off the top of my head. But aside from that, THPS for the N64 is the only version that has perfect balance. Both PS and DC versions don't have it. So fuck FMV's, better gameplay rules.
