This is GREAT training for any youth player. Only through repetition and practice does the brain and touch come into it. Basic is often the best stuff to build on.

try doing this drill using only one foot, both the inside and the outside of the same foot. ie do it a couple of times only the right foot, inside touch outside touch. then a couple of times thru use yur non preferential foot

cos using both feet is much easier, if you can use just one foot, either right or left, then in a match situation, yur way better with both together

that doesnt make any sense way ive said it, but i promise it does if you practise it thru
