  • Outstanding work dude, this is the coolest HD Nightster on youtube!

  • Did you buy the rear Fender ready to in style,,and were did you get the rear fender??? The bike is cool!! One of the best looking Nightsters Iv seen great job.

  • great vid, like how you go in depth with it and the links you provide, love to go a similar route with my 48

  • hey mate love the bike..

What sort of tool did you use to drill the V&H short shots?

Can you me what drill bit?

    thanks

    Hav

  • hey man, my 2003 sporster looks almost just like this now, great stuff. if its not a problem can you tell me how you had to shape the brackets that lift your tank! thanks

  • Bassani Sweepers

    VS V&H Short Shots

    which one sounds/looks/performs better?

  • TOP !!!!!!! Einfach klasse !!!!!

  • well done man thats sharp.

  • your bike is amazingly gorgeous

  • sickest

  • man nice ass job on this bike.

  • ooh..I like this!

  • gay

  • @MrPropain you dont have to tell everyone your gay you can keep that to yourself

  • nice

  • really great nightster version, love it! what you need to do is lower the engine low min. to 550-600 rpm, gives the vance&hines a much better sound. I use at my 2009 nightster and changes the entire bike extreme because of the more classic harley sound. original the nightster rpm is far to high for my taste. plus drives better as well.

  • one of the coolest bikes

  • beautiful, really nice man.

  • where did you get the speedo bracket ?

  • what?..prison bars?? Finally you've set them free haha. Nice nice touch!

  • Amazing. Congrats.

  • Hella Clean...Nice work!

  • im lovin the green!

  • sick bike dude ... some risers on the handle bar and it would be my dream bike ...

  • I love what you have done to make your bike so unique. Very cool!

  • Looks really nice well done... Hoped on getting mine in sept....

  • beautiful

  • Great job. The bike is looking sick. Few quick questions for you as I am going to start my customizing on my 48 this summer. I will be doing the speedo relo, and drag bars and seat. Pipes of course too, But can you you tell me your thoughts on your riding position/ergonomics of the seat height in relation to the drag bars. The one thing I noticed is the custom spring seats raise the ride height for the 48 and the drags lower the arm heights...i dont want to look retarded and ride retarded

  • @ProveItProductions bar risers or cut down your seat springs

  • F!$%ing AWESOME!!!

  • thats really cool, nice design

  • what happen to the ecu?

  • shit.. i drooled..

  • You've got a great sense of aesthetics and

You have mastered the knowledge of the

true meanig of how a "V heart"can sing

    THIS Nightster Rules!

thumbs up And ...wheels on fire!!!

  • You should be proud, that is a sweet ass bike.

  • BEAST

  • dude that is one sick looking bike

  • the seat is too high/ but i like the bike!!!!!!

  • how did you fit the original HD heat light in the aftermarket housing?

  • very very nice, good job!!!

  • Wow, badass!

  • this is one of the very few harley bobbers i seen on youtube that are actually done well nice job on the bike

  • this bike is an absolute master piece, bravo man.....bravo!!! i may have to use it for inspiration :)

  • well done amazing bike ...

i do have installed rizoma bar to my bike Vrscaw 09 .. similar to the one u hav .

it get worse when u ride for 1 hour, the controling, clutching !!!

do u face any issues wth tht!!

  • well done man 10/10 you have great taste.

  • I really like what you did with this motorcycle. Thanks for the inspiration!

  • ya dude, you have certainly made that bike your own! and to be honest, i actually really like it! i think it looks awsome! in the next little while, ive got ideas for mods to my bike, some of which this vid gave me. cheers from canada!

  • Nice Job, great bobber.

  • Amazing bike dude. This makes me want one...really bad.

  • That bike is niiiiiiiiiiice!

  • cheap ass bike. Faggot. FenderBender my nuts! LOL!!

  • I got the same dragbars but haven't put it on yet. You have any problems with re-routing the cables or problems with putting on the grips??? BTW.....the bike looks good.

  • What kind of EFI management did you you for this bitch? Fixing up my 08, also with VH shorts and SE1 Filter....Nice work man!

  • That's a nice lookin' bike!

  • very nice, how much did the entire setup cost you?

  • how much ccm has it?

  • Hey brotha, i have the same pipes i was thinking about drilling holes in mine. Will it affect anyting like performance wise?

  • @streetbiker8 The holes are drilled into the heat shields. No effect performance wise. But the V&H shortshots are ceramic coated. So theyed have to reglazed of sanded down and painted.

  • Well done. Congratulations!

Thanks for taking time to explain and film all you've done.

  • I HATE your voice. You sound like a fucking retard.

  • @tonyniggaful : Return beneath your rock...low class,ignorant, trash..

Better yet, kill yourself and donate our organs to someone who wishes to learn and live.

    regards

  • Your bike is gorgeous! wow, what an inspiration! Do you have any forums that you get on to order most of your parts or any good sites that you reccomend? Thanks

  • Very good taste in making a bobber bro wouldn't change a thing.

  • Dude. Seriously nice ride. Beautiful. Lines are great and I love the low bars. Just curious, where are you from originally? Noticed a bit of a different accent that I didn't recognize. thanks D

  • Nicest Bobber on youtube hands down

  • @xdsk0x you haven't seen mine then.

  • @tonyniggaful : How old are you? 10?

  • I would get a side car for this bike!

  • awsome bike, great job.it sounds great.keep up the good work.

  • Wow love the bike. How do you like the short shots? Is it a low deep sound?

  • Why do you want to relocate your speedo, remove your fender and make it hard-tail ?

  • @g0ttsche Because thats WAY cooler than stock like almost every other dildo with a Nightster has. These bike are super good for the price you pay. But it's kinda lame to not personalize it, at least a little.

  • how did you drill the holes in the short shots? By hand? Did you use a template?

  • that bike is hot man. Love the rear render, the light and the paint.

  • Your name is Adrian?

  • Adrian Love the bike...The best Nighster around.......

  • Pure Awesomness!!!!!!

  • bike would look with a rear remote oil filter mount with a k&n filter go with your mechanical oldschool look

  • wow this is really sweet!! love it!

  • awesomeness !!!!

  • that bike is so raw looking! love it man!

  • S W E E T R I D E !

Seen it on some forums and loved it - you were the Nightster pioneer - the night trail blazer - most are just following in your shadow.

1Q though - did you just double side tape the lights on to your clamp after speedo relocation?

  • the upside mirroirs were they stock?did you have to move the signals for it to work?

  • You do amazing work man, This is easily my favorite nighster on youtube. Would love to see your bike with some 12 in apes though

  • dont do the struts man go all out and get the weld on rigid kit

  • I love this bike i'm going to make a similar things in my XL883R but with a style more dragster than bobber, thanks for the video

  • no tiene madre esta vergisima

  • Super nice bike. I dig the whole overall look.Great job Sir.

  • Where'd you get the springer front end at ? Ive been searching for a while now for a springer for my nightster and have had no luck finding one for any newer sporty frames. Oh, great looking bike too btw.

  • badass dude....nice bike

  • i know you have probably answered this question like 1000 times but where did you get those bars they are tight

  • woooowww!!!!amazing

  • annoying commentary on a cool bike

  • This bike inspired me to get my sportster. I couldnt afford a nightster so I went with the pre-EFI 2004 XL883 for 4 grand. In the end my bike came out a lot different. As you build the bike, you have to compromise between looks and performance. Heres what happened:

    i870.photobucket.co m/albums/ab264/bushidough/bike3.jpg

    i870.photobucket.co m/albums/ab264/bushidough/BIKE/Bike2.jpg

In the end it came out different, but dude, thanks for the inspiration, I love my ride

  • total newbie here and i'm french so i dont really get everything you're saying, so help me out: what's the 2nd tank for? is it like a fuel reserve or something? the pipes, seat and paint look awesome, pretty much like... the whole fuckin bike. Awesome job, hats down.

  • @kekekekeke64 Hey kekekekekekekekeke64, There is only 1 fuel tank lol. The "tank" with the 08 decal is where the engine oil is.

Ive been to paris before, man I think I'd be too scared to ride over there; I remember it was rough even in a car haha.

  • This bike is so clean like what you did to it and it's real nice i wanta make my 883 iron get the same look as yours!

  • the bars are to low for my taste

  • Wow the transmission belt doesn't look sturdy. What is it made in? Hope it's not a kind of gum, i would find it fragile for effort, no?

  • @Rhinoch8 the belt drive will last much longer than the chain drive and does not need to be adjusted nearly as much as a chain. I think that because a sportster USSUALLY will not exceed 50-60 hp that there is no need for chain drive and thus the belt is a smarter solution.

  • awesome

  • i really rate what you have done with this bike damn fine job

  • Nice bike! where did you get the bar from.

  • Sweet bike love the old style look

  • absolute MONEY bike!!!!

  • @ibiron883 rigid struts are hard on the back, especially if you dont have that springer seat. Its not that much harder, so if ur young, go for it.. I dont think it will damage the bike at all, only the rider.

  • Hi, I am looking for the clamp for the speedo relocation, can you tell me where to get it tks

  • Hi, I am looking for the clamp for the speedo relocation, can you tell me where to get it tks

  • friend, your bike became my computer's wallpaper when i first saw some pictures of it... my goal's to get me a nightster and bobb it similar to this amazing machine... cheers from Boston!

  • Nice bike. My buddy just got a nighster and i sent him this video and told him to take some notes. I believe i have seen this bike in Mountains Edge.

  • Damn computer... *Nightster*

  • Great job. Looks awesome!

  • Looking really cool!

  • I just can't look at this motorcycle anymore...too painful...simply stated - one of the most SAVAGE looking machines I've ever seen...you've done an amazing custom job...thanks for the inspiration...now all I need is a motorcycle...lol. Well done mate, best of luck!

  • That is bad ass!!!

  • beautiful nightster ever! congrats man! all bobbers i like are matte black but this one looks like dam awesome in that color, just perfect wish i could have one

  • Killer bro!

  • Looks nice!

  • Hi mate i think i saw a picture of your bike with 2 shock absorbers on the seat rather than one. Would you recommend putting 2 or one?? Thanks for showing your bike it kicks arse.

  • Hey mate. I think i saw another picture of your bike that had 2 shock absorbers for your solo seat rather than one. would you recommend to put one or 2? Thanks for showing your bike mate it's awesome

  • This is an AWESOME bike!!! I like this style, but they dont come perfect stock, i like your handlebars, i like the removed belt gaurd, and the black rhino liner, the holes in the pipes. AWESOME MAN!!!

This is a motivational video for me, i want a bike eactly like this. wow, very impressed.

  • Hey i dont know much about the new bikes and i have a nightster but dont have the cash for a full pipe set up and was wondering if i could throw slip ons on without having to re map or dyno my bike? thanks

  • does your handle bar clamp have the neutral indicator light and all the other lights? i slaped 27.5 drag bars with a 4 inch pull back on my nighster it doesnt rub and gives the front a tighter look, you should def slap some on there..... but sweet bike man i hope mine will look half as good as yours when im done

  • one of the best !!!! please describe your mods !

  • well done!

  • damn fine work

  • I love the way you got that vintage look for the drive belt. HAHA Real vintage.

  • Love it. Sounds sick too.

  • Are those V&H short shots made for forward controls too?

  • Comment removed

  • This reminds me of streetfighter sport bikes.

  • niiiice bike

  • Just a great, clean bike, with some hands on work and touches. Nice.

  • hey mate, just wondering wat the specs are on your springer front end? cheers mate

  • @mrbwq -2, or 2 under. both the same.

  • @dassuppenkraut HOW TALL ARE YOU

  • how did u install the air breather like that ? im about to do mine, waiting for a fuel pack

  • @illetrop79 well the setup in this video was actually problematic. and if you click on the updated pictures that's in the more info area you will noticed that I threw out the hypercharger.

  • where can i get ridgid struts like that? by the way your Nighty is awesome, i've seen all ur vids including the new springer front end...incredible, nice work

  • @bdubdgaf mine were custom made in a shop. HOWEVER soon after I noticed that some guy began selling the same style struts with identical specs on ebay. just search sportster solid struts. he sells them for about $39

  • magnifique

  • did you tape the dummy lights to the handlebar clamp.!!!

  • @883WAYNE

yeah i bought some dual sided tape at autozone some 3M product.

  • Man you have taken an image out of my head and created it as your own. Great looking bike

  • Hey man thanks again for always responding to my questions and stuff; its been a few months since I posted anything, but my bike is really coming along now. I'll post pics after I paint it.

Anyways I need help with my license plate relocation. The nightster license plate sidemount will only work with the OEM nightster rear fender, but I see you got yours to work without it... how? It looks like you just fastened the side mount onto the same bolt as your hardtail struts, is that all?

  • @Bushidough577 I'll have to take some pics tomorrow and forward them to you.. sometimes I forget to keep up with these things and I sometimes let a week or two get by me.

Can't wait to see how the bike is comming out though.

  • Really nice, classy looks. I especially like the bars as I'm thinking of moving to customs from sports bikes and was thinking of the new 48. Your bars are exactly how I'd want to have mine. Very cool.

  • I have one of these for sale. Less than 900 miles on it.

  • Great bike!

  • dude, i want your bike...i hope your happy because now im addicted to sportys...

  • hey pretty nice bike i just got my iron 883 and i wiuld like to know where i can buy the handlebars??

  • I found it on ebay, you can still get lucky by just searching " Black drag bars" look for some with a 1" diameter and 27 to 32" long would be so damn comfortable (well for the style anyway)'

  • How did you mount the filter Kuryakyn on a sportster injection?

    Thank you

  • hey man about how tall are you? im looking to buy a nightster or an iron 883 and im 6'1 about 220

  • 5'9 and 174. yes you will enjoy the bike, however you will also outgrow it very quickly, and especially with your size once you really get the hang of it.

You can do this same style to a big twin. The Fat Boy Soft tail would be the ideal bike to bob out. This is a project i'm starting to consider, especially since i'm really craving something bigger I can streatch out on and just travel for miles.

It's the bike that first debued in the movie Terminater 2 with the shotgun scene. 1992 and up

  • i apperciate all the info im thinkin of just waiting until i can buy a cross bone because those are amazing. i want to build my own bobber though using a west coast choppers el diablo from
