I don't really know. From what my mother and I can tell, I already know that since there's a piece of the symbiote left in Doc Connors' lab, Carnage will be in there (and I also hope Spider-Carnage or Man-Spider), as well as the Lizard.

For the 3rd villain, I don't know if it's either Mysterio, Vulture, or the HobGoblin.

I mean, I've looked at animated and real trailers, but none include the 3rd villain.
