Very nice! I'm also interning right now in a mid-market station. I've put together a few packages so far. How did you get the supers on your Look live stand up shots? At the station I'm at, it actually has to be put through the control room in realtime to be inserted.

As for the supers...i went to the graphics department...they were able to make them for me...it was very easy for them because all of 10TV's graphics are made by them. as for the CMS19 graphics, that was from my shcool news..i made those there using ms powerpoint.
