I think networks rarely air these songs because otherwise:

a. Their commercials would suck when put inbetween and hence no money

b. Kids would be off drugs and hence no money

c. People can be lied to no more and hence no puppet politicians

d. The new age songs will then be completely certified as crap

I just cannot think why else they would not put these on more. I mean i used to be a fan of MTV and all the non sense that it threw at me when i was a kid. Never i have i seen this on. Why?

In my opinion, this is the greatest concept album ever created. Pink Floyd approached themes o self-isolation, ridicule, abuse and over protection in a way that will never be duplicated.

I as lucky enough to see the original show at Earls Court in London 1979 or 1980 it's a little fuzzy. Saw the Wall on its opening night , I didn't have enough money for the second show but there was a security guard who drank in a pub around the corner, I bought him a pint of beer and along with more poor students he took us all in through the back door and I saw the show for free from the gallery. Great days..I still have the program and the original ticket stub somewhere.
