  • I cooked backstage for The Dead for one concert. That was one of their signature songs. No offense to The Dead, but he blows their version out of the water. Maybe I'm just not mellow enough.

  • It's crazy... Zevon could sing anyone's song and manage to sing it better than them. I just wonder if he knew it.
