Curse the people who cancelled this show. It was gold. The characters meshed perfectly with one another, especially Crichton and Scorpius, not to mention the fact that the overarching storyline still had a lot of life in it. And yet you have other, vastly inferior sci fi shows that manage to drag on, with substandard material no less, for 8-10 seasons. Bah.

@mikefictiti0us i know what you mean.... one of the big problems what that this show was pretty much the most expensive to produce in its time also the thing about sifi shows is that they rarely get new fans once it has its base. It could have kept running, too bad.......... Shows like bsg which go mainstream are now considered the best sifi........ lol. i mean it was not bad but dang it used every cinema trick in the book, sudden twists, shaky camera, relationship drama etc...

I agree with PrometeumYT: Farscape "vilains" are not this way only because it amuses them to destroy the universe and whatever, they act like they do according to their laws, culture and beliefs (man, Scorpy even chased John to save many species from destruction by the hands of the scarrans, talk about a heroic goal...)

Scorpius is the best bad character from sci-fi I've seen; specially because he wasn't bad.

One of the best things about farScape is that it never polarized; nobody was good or bad, they simply were what their nature made of them. That is as close to real life as possible.

Good sides and bad sides are mere means to satisfy our sense of morality because it usually works on blacks and whites but morality usuallly fails when dealing with real life because it is all shades. farScape succeeded here

@Dedokai32 It wasnt Harvey. It was just a hallucination. Harvey didn't have any interaction with John until The Princess Trilogy, he didn't speak to him until Beware of Dog and he finally made his presence fully known in Won't Get Fooled Again.

John is going crazy, that's why he is seeing Scorpius.

Although I suppose you could theorize that Harvey was also effected, being inside John's mind and all. But I dont think it was made official that that was the case.
