how long hav u been playing? i have been playing for under a year and i have mastered songs such as master of puppets, battery rock and roll train, flight of the bumblebee (played a little bit slower) and many other songs but i want to be able to compose.

covering songs is easy you could cover sweet child o' mine or stairway to heaven even if you have been playing for 3 months but composing is the hardest thing to do because you have to put your own emotion in something you took in your head and put it on the guitar

I know people who've been playing for 3/4 years who have trouble composing.

It's just a knack that requires practice, just like guitar really.

those are not stock pick ups my man, he's got dimarzios on that axe. Neck - Air Norton F Spaced - Mid - stock pup (infiniti 3) - Bridge - the amazing Steve's Special F spaced.

That's the sweetest combo you could have - I own 2 ibanez rgs and I have exactly the same conbination.

Quite cool composition, but i think you should change the bass line because she is so simple that it start to a little get boring.

You should also develop your skills for shred by making some sweep and taping => it's more melodic than always do fast up/dowm stuff (3:30~4:05 part could be very better by adding some)

Anyway good job for the stuff you made :)
