Shortly after our daughter's birth, my husband did the whole encapsulation by himself. We got 95 pills total and I just finished my last pill. I stopped taking the pills for a couple weeks (mostly because I kept forgetting), but when I started taking them again, I had a HUGE increase in my milk supply! Which is awesome because my daughter is 100% breastfed.
My husband and I plan to have 2 more children and we definitely plan to do this again for each one! :-D
