@citi0rhythm but in wet roads esp will try to prevent tire spin and counteract the torque your putting down. bottom line it will take away from your potential speed/time

i dont think even in wet the car hav the power to spin all 4 wheels and cause the esp to kick in ....cause its not a light car..n quattro...well atleast its not possible in mine xD but in snow thats a totaly different story

it makes car faster...because new esp reduces the horsepower getting to the wheels in order to control the car. But with esp off you're free... :P

the esp does not cut horsepower, it completely ignores drivers throttle imput and does that ONLY when the wheels starts spining, like i said in a earlier reply theres just NO WAY a 3.2 hauling this fat body with the awsomeness of Quattro system even in wet condition launching from complete stop will be able to spin the wheel causing the traction control to cut throttle imput.. simply put, it wont make the car any faster....just more dangerous if there just happens to b a oil patch on the ground

The 3.0TDI is 5.9s with the 3.2FSI being either 6.1 or 6.2 can't remember.

The manual 3.0 tdi should get to 100 in 5.9. The tiptronic is 6.1

Some reviewers have reported the manual 3.0tdi getting to 100 in a little as 5.7s

0-100kph:

Audi A5 3.2 FSI tiptronic quattro: 6.4 sec

Audi A5 3.0 TDI tiptronic quattro: 6.1 sec

you can't compare 0-100 because the diesel has a diffrent transmission, you should compare 0-200.

the fsi is faster to 200 than the diesel.
