Oh, you don't have to go that far out to find committed public servants. There are several Dems left of center who know that their job is to represent and serve the people instead of corporations and the promise of power.

For a start, I think of Feingold, Leahy, Dodd, Schiff, Schumer, Franken, Waters, and Grayson. I'm not saying this is all, but Progressives will choose people over corporations and power every time.
