Don't forget that Quebec's Lower North Shore area is under Atlantic Standard Time year round, which could explain the 1.5 hour time difference.

From November to the second weekend of March, its only 1/2 hour time difference between Labrador Coastal Drive and Quebec Lower North Shore area.
