@SmexyPC lb for lb ED coan is still the strongest PL in the world i belive? every1 expertise in some lift but he had all the 3 with great numbers and im pretty sure he has done either 880 or 900 at only 220 even less cuz if u compete at 220 it doesnt mean u weight 220 u could be less
@muzimuzi yeah he was around 215-218 im sure he has done 901@220 raw sumo style and has done 887 @ 220 conventional. he has done 900x2 sumo style at the gym
Awesome! Congrats on the baby and job. Looking forward to your new videos when you get a chance, but I know what it's like when something new enters your life and you suddenly have no free time. Going through that right now.
That is some sweet form--every bit as efficient as Tom Eiseman. If you have the flexibility, the closer you can keep the bar to your hips in the sagittal plane the better. You nailed it! I am going to watch this before every DL workout..
Depends on the person...if you have long arms and a strong back then conventional is the way to go...if you have short arms and strong hips then pull sumo.
is that a world record?
muzimuzi 8 months ago
@muzimuzi It was an American Record. If it had been done at a national meet it would have been a World Record.
kabuki07 8 months ago
@kabuki07 then why not try it in a national meeting?
muzimuzi 8 months ago
@muzimuzi i wouldnt say, ed coan has done 901@220 raw so lb for lb ed is the strongest
