NSR for the wind, 0-100 unplugged 5.6 seconds,aprilia6seconds+.a mate of mien ahs a husquarna with unplugged exhoust and 38mm fuel shitt. igot gianelli, unplugged airfilter box, and my exhoust opens100%. i drove from him when we passed 100km/h and when i stopped when i passed 170km/h he was gone, bus husquarna is alot more fun, he does wheelie from 1-5 gear, i does only to second gear. but still, Honda Nsr is the best looking one in the 125, but the new aprilia is nice aswell!
Rs has a little bit more aks then an Honda nsr, but honda nsr is a lot faster in high speed aks....that will say, from 80.140 its a lot faster then an rs....and btw nsr last a lot longer! goes more smooth, and more aks about 8 000! on 8,500 the honda nsr goes FAST! but not with an origional nsr, origional nsr is crap....get the FP cdi, and an gianelli exhoust...end burn all that is named RS 125.....if u want a quality and a more good looking bike, go for Honda..

Cool vid. Used to have (still have in the back yard, got knocked off) an NSR 125 I was lucky enough to hit 98mph on mine with a tail wind like. Got a good old bandit 600 now well fun. Get your proper test done before they change it and get something bigger
Rs125 faster but alot less reliable with engine re-builds needed every 8-10000 km, Where as the NSR has a fast but not as fast engine but more hardwareing, i have one with 20,000miles on the clock and runs perfectly
RS125 is marginally faster, I'm not being biased here becuase I have an NSR but tha RS is overtuned and italian so you should only buy a RS if you want a fast bike that also fucks up fast... Go for Jap build quality, go for tha Honda ;)
yeah true mine has never let me down over the year i had it. however my brothers rs had to have new top end twice in about 3 months. rings kept nipping the cylinder.

I have an NSR125, restricted, that can do 90mph on tha dot. I've heard thats about what an rs will do restricted, but tha rs has alot of reliabilty problems being Italian, I had a mate who owned an rs50, could make an easy 70mph+ but it was a hunk of junk.

mines only had the exhaust and air intake done.. the only thing i can think is that u havent changed ya front sproket!! try go up a size on the front sproket!!
The RS is faster but the NSR has a better quality engine, and is more reliabal. Theres not actualy that much difference the the 0-100. The RS has a better top end. but which ever u buy u wont be dissapointed.

best thing to do is get the bike rolling 1st 15-20mph. Pull the clutch in get ya foot ready over the back brake!(very important)open the throtle all the way..wait untill it gets to around 9000rpm and then dump the clutch and hold on!! lol try use the throtle insted of the back brake to control the wheelie.( its good practice 4 the big bikes) :)
This is a 2002 honda nsr. i thought they stopped making the Nsr in 2003 (cos thats when the crappy CBR 125 came out!) y o y didnt honda just put the 4 stroke engine in the NSR frame and shell. the CBR Looks crap!!

Rs125 will hit a higher top speed. But is terribly unreliable next to the NSR. Heres a clever chart:
