As far as which game to start off with, any will do. Pokemon always gives you a walkthrough in the beginning so anyone who's new can pick up and play. I wouldn't be able to help you pick anyway I stopped playing after ruby/sapphire so all the games you've listed I haven't played. Good luck and hope you enjoy!
