are these players real or they are just goofing around; i f i were their DM i would throw a nasty thing like an ancient red dragon or a beholder mage with a mind flayer psion.

actually that, "attack the darkness stuff"its funny ,and since magic missile has no miss chance even against incorporeal things, that sound weird
