I have learnt about the Romani holocaust from movies and articles in magazines back in my country, Greece; it is not as widely known as the Jewish holocaust. People here in UK have never heard it. It is not fair, because Romani people had experienced the same pain as Jewish.
By the way, the English word "holocaust" derives from the Greek work "olokautoma" which means "entirely burnt".
