In fleet warfare you set up all your battleships to take usually 2, sometimes 3 if yours lucky doomsdays of any type where as if they only have one titan, you can usually tank to take about 7 doomsdays in the battleships that tank the best.

And heres a hint, when you get called primary, and 200+ battleships all shoot you at once then it doesnt matter what flavour of damage you are tanking :P

its easy to survive a DD, at least with a maelstrom, with no sheild extenders, just a a resistance tank, that leaves room for DPS >1000; 2 invul feild II's, a damage control II, and high skills=enough to survive any of the doomsdays

I believe that titan fight ing techniques are all wrong...Titans should be used to weaken enemy defenses in a seige...such as warping one in right b4 warping in teh rest of the fleet...then the enemy would have been damaged by the dd b4 being hit by the fleets force
