  • you can be a budist and christian i'm pretty sure. I'm under the impression that budism was more of a view of life not the afterlife

  • This was good, but I feel it was to long.

  • what about hal jordan?

  • Batman brought up Zero Hour, Barry brought up the Crisis. Sorry to nitpick :P

  • wouldn't year one be a better book to start with?

  • Not really. I mean it's a good book but it's really not the most essential read. This is much better because it explains where the character is where he's been and his supporting cast. Year One just gives you why he became Green Arrow.

  • well then what about dead man?

  • What about him?

  • well in one of his books i read they said he was given the power to possess any living being by a Hindu god named Rama Krishna

  • I'm not sure how he got his powers. But I know he openly talks about God in this.

  • really odd, i have to read this and something with dead man that came after this

  • just bought this yesterday.

  • I hope you like it.

  • just bought this book

  • I hope you enjoy it.

  • lol his best freind works for god

  • This is true.

  • thanks for the recomendation, great book, is sounds of violence better in your opinion?

  • Well I like it more. But I won't say it's better. They are both great stories. But I think it all comes down to oppinion.

  • Though I agree that is strange that Batman knew about Crisis on Infinate Earths, other characters in the DCU like Spectre, The Guardians of the Universe, and Neron know about the events of Crisis on Infinate Earths

  • But there like all powerful guys so that makes sence.

  • Well Greek, Hindu, Roman, and Egyptian gods have made their pressence known in the DCU. Also it seems that some characters who believe in certain gods, go to the certain place they believe is the afterlife in the case of when Hippolyta (Wonder Woman's mohter) died, she went to Greek version of the Underworld.

  • Yeah I suppose.
