Casey is a discontinued item. He was manufactured by Accucraft and sold by Disney. You may be able to find one on Ebay. The cars are all scratch built.
Keep checking on Ebay. Every few months we see one pop up. He has not been made for years and there are no plans to make any more that I know of. It is what it is.

I'll keep trying. But if only some other company, like Bachmann, would make a model that looks just as good as Accucrafts, if not even better.
