The classic TMNT arcade game is found in level 9-1 City at War.

Where you start, jump on a bus to the top of a building.

Break the boxes to find the antique.

Also, complete the level before the time runs out.

If successful, go to the Antique Shop and show April the antique. When you leave, the game should be unlocked and accessible from the title screen.

I should rephrase... I knew all that (that you posted). The arcade game appears in the antique shop. But the words "arcade game unlocked" never appear, and the arcade option never appears in the title screen menu. In the PC version it seems like they removed it or it's bugged and never works. On the console versions it works fine. The password thingy was just incorrect, so I deleted my post.
