The chords are E, C, D, G, C, H, E.... the right hand just follows the singing melody. Alternate or break down chords where you see fit. This would be a simplified version but no less a nice one.

P.S. I can't read sheet music that well so I can't write the notes down

@triggerhappygunnerm the left hand is completely the same as the guitar part, so you should be able to find the tabs for that easily. After you get that bit right, the right hand is in the same key as the left hand so it'll be pretty easy to build up. (And even if not, I'm sure there are some guitar pro tabs out there, that show the vocal notes too, you can learn it off that) I hope that can help you :)
