Nah man, Alex K and Dj Alligator are a form of hard dance/hard trance. Techno is more-so the stuff that Prydz is producing these days. However, unfortunatly for all us who prefer the harder, driving basslines, Techno now = Tech/mininmal/Techminimal. which is great for comeing down or chilling. but boring to dance to.
