Victoriabig10 ask a vet to trim ur pigeons feather when u trim a pigeon feather you are basicly re-growing it i cut feathers my self here is how leave the first 2 feathers then cut the next 5-7 and after 2-3 weeks pull the cuted feathers out with your teth when the feathers re-grow the pigeon will always come back if he leaves.
