Hej man. A 25c lipo is not enough for this setup. I think you should try at least 50c lipo's @ 5000 mah. I cant even run 5000 mah 25c in my mmp. It wont run as it should then ;)

An old fashion brushed engine wears alot quicker, and is slower, and has openings where dirt and water can get into. They have one advantage, and that is that they are cheap, but these days only cheap cars have these kind of engines, but when you want a desent car that has a litlle power, you can't go around brusless anymore, witch you don't want once you own one. i'm looking for a car too, and i love the big scale, but a 1:10 scale traxxas rides much better imo.

I'm running a Turnigy 2s 5000mah 20-30c Discharge and Specially Filled Oil Filled Shocks. stock Gearing 25t over 92 spur I think? I don't remeber the spur but with my 2s I get to 60-65mph, The sad part is he is running 10s Lipo I'm guessing dual 5s and he's roughly hitting 35-45 mph. Sorry but the facts are the facts.

I wouldn't call it lightening fast, but not slow either. Let's not forget the size of the buggy. The bigger it is, the slower it looks. The lack of sound often given and illusion of slowness. There's no proof it's going 85km/hr (52mph), but that looks about right. On another topic, I could never convert a gas car to electric. The sound, feel, smell, and appearance are all part of the experience that I like. To each their own though.

Im a brushless man myself but when it comes to 1/5 bajas, Give me petrol anyday. It is half the fun and cheaps as chips. The sound they make is unreal and one 700ml tank will last up to 45 mins.

I am so sick of batterys and haveing to charge them and worrie about when thair about to run out. I've spent more on batteries than i did on my car and still can't be bothered takeing it out cause of the short run time.

Petrol isn't nearly as much hastle as Nitro or brushless when you get in to it.
