I will always be a Austin/Carrie fan and as much as this storyline frustrated me I do see why people liked Mike/Carrie. They had some chemistry unlike Rafe/Carrie.
Roark and Christie are both returning in May/June for Alice's tribute episodes. And from what I hear, Carrie will be sans Austin. I'm praying that the writers will fix the mess they made and reunite Mike and Carrie!!
I stopped watching DOOL a long time ago, but I specifically remember this story & thought it was so great that 2 members of the Days history married. Are they still married (the characters, not the actors obviosuly)?

Well, a good news for the fans of these two. I read a recent news regarding Roark Critchlowrom from a site called "Carter: talent manager/producers" It said His latest project is a flim which pairs him up with Christie Clark. The flim is still in production. So it will be good to see them togather again on screen even with different character they play

I know! They were the best. I couldn't even watch Carrie's scenes when she came back to the show. I hate how they ruined her and Mike. It's like with Matt and Vanessa on Guiding Light. Why bring em back at all, if you're just gonna screw em up?

Such a disrespect to this scene that Carrie came back to town without Mike with no explanation. That being said, this is a beautiful scene.

I HATED that Mike and Carrie broke up in Isreal and that Carrie re-married Austin. Carrie and Mike belong together forever.

Actually, they moved to Israel but they never got married. They split apart, Mike stayed in Israel and Carrie came back to Salem.
