Hi. I am studying anatomy and training to be a pilates instructor at the moment so finding your videos very helpful. I tried this exercise but I am not quite sure if I am engaging my pelvic floor correctly. Should I squeeze and pull up ? Does my spine need to be in neutral or flat....thanks once agian. Karen
