these are not tongans crew, this was a youth thing held in Apia Hall, Samoa, this group dancing in this video was from one of the villages in Samoa called Saluafata in Upolu, the announer himself is jokin around translating the words to samoan saying, takitaki means, stand up and donate money...hahahahaha...so yeah samoans are crazy...LOL im not...LOL
