If you got past the blocky graphics, which wasn't hard to do if you were used to the 2600, the VIC was a decent game machine. The port of Omega Race was also close to the arcade.

Wahay! Top marksmanship at 3:10! This official conversion seems to have all the elements and speed of the arcade game.
