If you aren't certain whether or not this is GT or AF, watch episode 64 of the GT series completely. It shows this exact little snippit near the ending of the episode. But what you should really do is watch "A Hero's Legacy" to see what makes Goku jr. go ssj (although they recap the story at the death of Baby, and not at the end of the Dark Shenron saga.)
