"Free enterprise, competetive capitalism" is a redundancy - capitalism, by its very definition, stands for free markets.
"Monopolistic, state-controlled capitalism", however, is a contradiction - it's *socialism*, the exact opposite. Whatever this is *international* socialism (communism) or *national* socialism (fascism) doesn't matter, they are both two sides of the same coin.
