Can this be used to remove groups of freckles or moles? By groups i mean on my side, where i have around 30 small, brown freckles/dots whatever you want to call them

I'm having this procedure done to my occipital nerves in April. I hope the doctor doesn't slip. lol. (I'm trying to stay positive and humorous.)
