  • Whites are illegal here, native people should deport them motherfuckers.

  • TO answer this question look to refer to these individual

Ayn Ran, Jim rogers, peter schiff, leonard peikolff, ron paul, ludwig von misses, fredrick hayek. GIVE These individuals a chance

  • To individual who spam me

It appears you don't understand the huge debt this country is in

THe reason i asked what so great of being us citizen?

Is because i see no benefit toward being US citizen because a child born today is born in with massive debt and Financial aid and other entitlements are financed by massive taxes, money printing (inflation), and borrowing from all over the world and how is the US suppose to pay for all this debt? An ab 540 should try to answer this question?

  • It makes me so sad to see people not supporting the DREAM Act. These are exceptional students. We have already paid for their education. Why can't we let them pay us back with social security and tax contributions. Most of them are getting very advanced degrees. They will also pay us back by enriching the brainpower we have in our workforce. Go DREAMERS!

  • illegals and dreamers are living in limbo. not a very good life. oh well.

  • C SPAN “Black Republican Forum” Session 2 (begin at 11:30) Allen West said one of the 1986 caveats was to secure our borders and enforcement our laws, but haven’t happened. (We’re still talking about new amnesty like DREAM Act.) We can’t allow local cities to make sanctuary cities policies, because they will bring our inner city turf wars to epic proportions by bringing in the drug cartel and Columbian gangs. (Mexican Gangs don’t recognize our borders established by the Treaty of Guadalupe)

  • In November 2010, the unemployment rate was 9.8% with 15.1 million unemployed. (15.1 million/9.8%) = 154 million are able to work in the workforce. 11,941,812 (or 11.9 million) skilled jobs provided to illegal immigrants. GOOGLE “illegal immigration counters”, the 15.1 million unemployed could take the 11.9 million available jobs. The unemployment rate could be reduced to 2.1% {{15.1-11.9)/154}

    .

    .

    Allen West 2012

  • @bootylicification That math makes no sense. The "skilled jobs" you speak of are provided to those with H1-B visas. Those are the people you see at companies like Microsoft and Cisco. The reason they get those jobs is because there are not enough native college students graduating with the correct skills. Illegals cannot get skilled jobs, not even one with an advanced degree. I work with illegal students frequently. Google doesn't have all the answers, you need to find them yourself.

  • @krockatoa

    .

Go to the links. Also, many illegal immigrants are enrolled in our colleges. Don't be naive.

  • wite trash hate imigrant cuz day skin illegal culuh

  • PLEASE SELF DEPORT NOW!

  • EASY FIX FOR THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ISSUE.. GOVERNMENT PUTS OUT A WANTED REWARD OF LETS SAY 100-1000 DOLLARS FOR EVERY ILLEGAL CAUGHT AND DEPORTED... NOW WE HAVE A SNITCHING HOTLINE TO REMOVE THEM AND WE HAVE JOBS FOR THOSE WHO DONT HAVE ONE RIGHT NOW...PROBLEM SOLVED...

  • Yeah! DREAM ACT IS DEAD. Start packing illegals.

  • Well it doesnt take that much to get a US passport , when entering into Mexican territory and you are driving they dont ask my friends for anything ! IF let'say someone from Guatemala gets detained this "Illegal Person" will have a chance to get the documents to remain in Mexico If he/she wishes . One of my white friends owns a beautiful home in Rosarito baja california he s been living there for more than 15 years and NEVER not even once he s been ask to show his passport and this is NO LIE

  • It should instead be called the SCHEME Act. For it's a scheme to gradually destroy the U.S..

  • Don't insult all the people who took so much time & effort to come here legally & take the very difficult citizenship test. You believe you should just GET IT because your family came here ILLEGALLY & NOT AS IMMIGRANTS yet you think you have been here long enough? FUCK immigrant construction workers - they ruined standard wages & screwed American blue collar jobs. Amnesty is nothing more than awarding criminals & giving them benefits they do not deserve.

    Illegal TRESPASSING = FEDERAL CRIME!

  • CALL your congress ask they if you need to vote try E-VERIFY OVER 97% effective with NO need to DEPORT just to employer standard hiring first make all employee be check and verify! Want 6mos. when with NO JOBS, NO MONEY AND NO HOPE1 Just like anyone else who is looking for a job they will go home! JUST LIKE THEY GOT HERE11

  • His parent did it! it's there fault! What did I do to have him come here without using legal ways! Help keep wages low, cut in line, overpopulate this country! It's his PARENT that did it not this country!

  • visit usr.usa.webs.com for undocumented student resources

  • Your able to become an American just like every other person as long as you go through the correct proceedings. Anyone can become an American as long as you follow the rules. No other country is bending their laws for immigrants why should America. It is not American families fault that your parents brought you here illegally. Go back to your homeland and make it a better place for you and your citizens. Than if you want while your there apply for citizenship than come and work as legal.

  • @Smileyyy21 Dear American. Do you know how long the process takes? You probably don't because you are barking around pointlessly. It took my grandparents almost 10 years to get their green cards and they are from England. Imagine for those who aren't from Europe, and aren't white.

  • @SAIDON92 Think how much advantage will be taken from passing the Dream Act. So many people can lie and say they were brought here from their country at a younger age than 16. Nobody has records that indicates the truth. What would you tell the people that are waiting outside of the country and have been following the rules to get here legally. We have people that broke the law and now they are first in line. How is that fair to them that haven't even stepped foot here.

  • Comment removed

  • @SAIDON92 Yes I do know how long it takes it can even take up to 30 years. I'm all for comprehensive immigration but the Dream Act is not the answer.

  • Now that the "dream Act" is a dead issue, plan B is to go back to your own country, then have your USA school credits transferred to the U. of Mex, etc. then get your diploma in your own country. Then work to make your country a better place, so your people won't feel the need to sneak into the USA.

  • This is PC madness. Imagine Guatemalans in Mexico illegally demanding they be given a "Dream Act" to go to college in Mexico. The Mexican government would consider them "muy loco" and laugh at them while locking them up and subjecting them to forced labor.

The same law Mexico has for illegal aliens who sneak into Mexico should be applied to the illegals here in the USA.

The "dream Act" is now a dead issue. It was shot down TWICE in Congress, and it is hated by voters a lot more since then.

  • @tncdel YOU are WRONG ! Mexico has an "Open Arms" immigration policy ANYBODY not matter where they from ... can apply for Mexican legal status there is a commercial in Mex inviting all foreigners to stop by their Immigration office to get the legal documents. Im sure you can find some information here on UTUBE u can probably type "Mexico open it's arms to immigrants" or "Americans living in Mexico" there are more of a million US Citizens and many more guatemalans going to school.

  • Is this what you mean by "Open Arms?"

    Mexico's Population Law Article 67

"all authorities whether federal, local or municipal demand to see visas if approached by a foreigner and to hand over migrants to immigration authorities."

    and...

"Mexican law calls for six to 12 years of prison and up to $46,000 in fines for anyone who shelters or transports illegal immigrants"

  • @tncdel And do U really believe that "law" is being enfoced? did u watch that video I mention? did U see all those so called "americans" living in San Miguel de allende watch that video and see with your own eyes hw many times have theyever been asked for documentation?? see how much they love the people there and the towns they live in. WATCH THOSE VIDEOS I GO TO MEXICO QUITE OFTEN WITH MY WHITE FRIENDS and we never been stoped! Have u ever EVEN been to Mexico?? doesnt sound like it.

  • @FarfalinaLOVE, I've been to Mexico several times. The last time Monterrey. I'm also married to a Hispanic immigrant. Further, I was refused entry to Mexico back in 2003 because I had no passport, only a U.S. ID.

No doubt the law in Mexico won't be enforced if you bribe the right people. But the laws here aren't enforced as well. THAT'S the reason why illegal aliens are now still here. And if the law was enforced, they schools harboring illegal aliens as students would be PROSECUTED.

  • Education is a human right. No one should be left behind for any kind of reasons. Pass the DREAM Act~!

  • @SAIDON92 They can get education in their own country. They can make way for others to get education in their own country.

  • @Smileyyy21 The problem is that they see the U.S.A. as their country. And since most of them grow up here, I don't see a problem with them see in this way. Therefore, you want to turn them into anti- Americans?

  • Where do illegals get that crazy notion that they are somehow ENTITLED to go to college here in the USA, when even our own citizens don't consider it an entitlement?

  • @24MrGetsome, I've been to both Mexico and the Philippines several times. Filipinos, unlike most Mexicans, are raised to respect the law and to do what's necessary to comply with it. They don't sneak into the USA to be fruit-pickers bringing their kids with them. No, the Filipinos, though poor, will find a way to put their kids through college 1st, so they come to the U.S. LEGALLY to work as medical & other professionals who already have college degrees.

    Mexicans & Filipinos R quite different .

  • @tncdel i did not say anything about filipinos first of all and second calling them fruit pickers means you are an ignorant bitch and third the laws in mexico and the philliines are different. mexican kids that live in poor areas barely have enough to pay for utensils so how do u expect them to go to college?

  • @24MrGetsome, the per capita income of Mexico is $14,200. For the Philippines just $3200. So where do you get off trying to excuse illegals from Mexico sneaking into the U.S. expecting to get college degrees, but Filipinos find ways to get college degrees BEFORE they come here legally? And most fruit pickers are Mexicans. Don't get mad at me for stating simple facts. Most Filipinos are professionals.

It's the Mexican mentality to think they can sneak into the U.S. and get a college degree.

  • @tncdel oh yea i dont see any big time filipinos around here do i? no but i do see many mexican politicians and CEO's. most filipinos i have seen are poor fishers off the Cali coast. filipinos are FISHERS....and yes most filipinos are fishers how does that sound?

  • @24MrGetsome, sounds like you're jealous of Filipinos, because they get college degrees before they come to the USA for jobs as nurses and other medical and technical professionals, so you try to create some BS about them coming here to fish? HUH? Sorry, I forgot that the Univ. of Mexico gives degrees in "Advanced Fruit-Picking" and "Janitorial Sciences." :)~

I bet you were an "A" student there. LOL!!!

  • @tncdel there is no need to show belligerence or demonstrate how incredibly ignorant you are by mocking someone based on your prejudices.

Stop being an engine of hatred. we have enough of that as it is

  • @lunesca4, who are you talking about? Yourself, perhaps?

Certainly not me, for I merely stated the truth, fairly. You need to curb your own prejudices, including that one you seem to have of wanting to show illegals unfair favoritism, allowing them to disregard our law, but expecting everyone else to obey it it. You're the one who is ignorant. I'm quite knowledgeable on this issue. Ask me if you don't know something, and I will gladly enlighten you.

  • @tncdel ok i will....what would you do if you are living in a torn down house with 3 kids and a wife with no education because you needed to work for lets say 7$ a day and you barely have enough to put food on the table once a day...now you here there is an opportunity in the US to make enough money to put a roof over your familys head but you need to come illegally because you dont have enough money to come here legally what do you do?

  • @24MrGetsome, let me answer that with a comparable theoretical scenario:

Suppose an unemployed U.S. citizen who lost his job is desperate for money to pay for his 9 year old daughter's life-sustaining heart surgery. So he robs a bank.

Is that understandable? Sure. But is it a crime. Of course it is. And the law will be enforced upon him if he is caught, same as it should if any illegal aliens are caught.

  • @tncdel ya but undocumented immigrants dont rob banks we try to get jobs oh and ANSWER MY FUCKING QUESTION

  • @24MrGetsome, I did, but apparently you're too stupid to grasp the point of the comparison to the example I cited. Further, illegals STEAL those jobs from U.S. citizens, and often commit many other crimes, including robbing banks, selling drugs, identity theft, murder, rape, child molestation, etc., etc. The crime rate for illegals is over six times higher than for our citizens. Not surprising since they have already shown their lack of respect for the law by sneaking into our country.

  • @tncdel that is absolutely not true where did you find those facts? out of your ass maybe? oh and answer my question what would you do to provide for your famil so they can eat and put a roof over there head

  • @24MrGetsome, it is absolutely not true that yousaid otherwise. What do you mean where did I find the stats? Over 70 percent of the illegals sneaked into the U.S. And THAT by itself was a felony CRIME, thereby making them a CRIMINAL. And virtually all of them were guilty of other crimes: identity theft, falsification of documents being the most common, but also many committed far more serious crimes: Murder, rape, child molesting, selling drugs, etc. etc. Does the truth bother you?

  • @tncdel Ok besides the necessary false documentation you need to be able to work in this country , the ratio for serious crimes is far much higher for normal citizens than illegals DUMBASS OH AND ANSWER MY QUESTION ABOUT PROVIDING FOR YOUR FAMILY

  • @24MrGetsome, please refrain from being too bombastic. i say this without any bad intentions but it makes your argument stronger if you do not simply descend into allcaps declarations and ad hominem assaults. you do not need to carry as negative a tone as tncdel is. remain calm and you will appear more knowledgeable

  • @lunesca4 ok sorry

  • @lunesca4 his comments offended me and i got heated in the moment

  • Comment removed

  • @tncdel i was referring to your comments at 24MrGetsome. there is no need to insult this person simply because of his or her personal views. the tone of your words indicates a mocking, derisive attitude towards others which is unecessary to have when discussing this issue. Your words seem to indicate the belief that illegals are coming solely from Mexico. Furthermore, you seem to believe most of the illegals here are illegal by illegal bordercrossing. This is simply not the case

  • @tncdel

you have completely disregarded families who came here, became legal, but were unable to legalize their children due to their children aging out past the initial legalization period. Furthermore, a massive portion of the undocumented people are people who came with visas that ran out due to the individuals being unable to renew them for various reasons *social, financial, political)

there is more to this issue than you are recognizing or choosing to accept.

  • @lunesca4, I spoke in generalities. Sure, there may be a few situations meriting additional consideration. But most do not.

  • @lunesca4, someone who sneaks into our country illegally warrants "mocking, derisive" attitude, or worse.

As for the percentage of illegals who are Mexicans, that is over 70 percent. So most illegals are in fact Mexican nationals.

Lastly, over 70 percent of the illegals are here having sneaked into our country. Less than 30 percent are "visa overstays." So what's your point?

It amazes me that people not here legally expect "entitlements." Especially some that not even our own people are given

  • @tncdel actually, as the PEW hispanic center points out, it is 56% who come from mexico, not 70, 22% which come from other latin american nations, 11 % which comes from asian countries with 1 in 5 in the korean community being undocumented, and the rest come from the carribbean, canada, and europe.

furthermore, 73% of the families who are considered "undocumented" are composed of undocumented parents and children born here. This bill was NOT simply for illegal mexican nationals

  • @lunesca4, PEW is notoriously pro-illegals, and deliberately Obfuscates and grossly understates in bad faith. We who oppose illegals pay no mind to the PEW foundation. They are the same ones who ludicrously insist that there are only a mere "12 million +" illegal liens in the United States. Note that "+" as their slick way of evading the real-world estimates. Like 12 million PLUS 12 million. Conservative real-world estimates range from well over 20 million to as many as 40 million.

  • @tncdel, I stand by my original "over 70 percent" of the illegals are Mexicans. As for anchor babies, there is law in the works to clarify that babies born here of illegal aliens are also illegal aliens.

  • @tncdel wow dude not cool

  • Wait wait wait, let me get this straight: He is paying Californian Taxpayer-subsidized in-state tuition, and he is still complaining that he does not get financial aid? Seriously, dude. There must be something in the water that makes everybody who stay in this country over an extended period of time hugely entitled whiners and douchebags.

  • If they do pass the Act it would boost up the economy, and if these student are contributing to our society why not let them gain permanent residency. If the dream act was to be passed you must have completed an AA degree in college or have completed military service in order to apply. oh and if it does pass each person who qulifies would have to pay a certain amount. So for you ignorant people do your research please and dont type stupid stuff without having knowledge of the subject.

  • Thank you for telling us your story. You are an inspiration!

  • so they entered the country illegally... but he had no say in it. Most of these students were brought here when they were children, they had no control of their parents actions. Its unfair to accuse these Students of committing these crimes when they had no say in the act so they are not to blame. Listen, deport them and your sending them into a foreign setting with nothing. This is the country that these students know... many of them would not have a place to return to nor a purpose... so wtf?

  • Yes, this video is definitely misleading.

I gave it one star, and flagged it also.

  • I flagged this for misleading text. The video speaker conveniently leaves out the fact that the group being mentioned entered our country illegally, and thereby broke a criminal law. So the opposition is only towards CRIMINALS. What's wrong with wanting foreigners to respect our country and its laws?

Yet this video wrongfully expects us to show favoritism towards the illegals, and not expect them to obey our laws like everyone else.

My wife's a Hispanic immigrant. Not too lazy to obey the law

  • @tncdel lazy? you obviously dont know shit. these people are the opposite of lazy they work hard...you really need toget off your lazy ass and realize how hard they have it at home

  • Comment removed

  • @24MrGetsome, it is irrelevant

how hard" foreigners have it in their own country. Like I said, I've seen both Mexico and the Philippines. And the people of the Philippines have it even harder. Yet they are INDUSTRIOUS enough, and are raised by their parents to have respect for the law, that they go to college there in the Philippines before coming to the U.S. LEGALLY.

How are Mexican parents who sneak into the USA with their kids going to teach their kids respect for the law? Their kids don't.

  • This video is pro-illegals B.S. that tries to confuse the issue, by equating illegals with immigrants. And NO, this isn't about discrimnation towards illegals. What they expect is to be shown favoritism not shown others.

For example, everyone else is expected to follow the law, but not the illegals. That's discrimination against everyone else then. For example, if our own people don't pay taxes for several years, the IRS prosecutes them, and imposes fines and imprisonment. But not the illegals.

  • I flagged this video as mass advertising spam for something contrary to existing federal law that says it's a CRIME to aid ot abet, or to encourage or harbor, an illegal alien.

I urge those who oppose coddling illegals to contact your federal reps, demanding NO amnesty in any way, shape or form. And to instead PROSECUTE all universities and other schools harboring illegal aliens, fining them $5,000 EACH illegal, and making them pay all deportation costs.

  • Derail- What are you talking about? If you actually paid attention and listened to the video, they actually don't say one is required to graduate from college, and doesn't say you have to have exceptional grades either. Its states you must have a high school diploma or EQUIVALENT.

  • This is typical DREAM Act propoganda. What this video doesn't relate is that the proposed legislation applies to far more folks than "academic superstars." The DREAM Act would extend conditional residency to HS grads with mediocre grades, and doesn't require that a person graduate from college. In fact, obtaining a HS diploma isn't even necessary. A GED is satisfactory for the purposes of this proposed legislation. The truth is it's just a partial amnesty for illegals.

  • If one does not obtain a degree or join the military within 6 years he or she will be deported. If he/she does obtain a degree but shows bad morals they would not be allowed to stay. It is all in the requirements. You call it amnesty; I call it a solution.

  • The required military hitch is for 2 in length only and one is not even required to see combat. Further, the "degree" you refer to is a two year degree. My dog could complete an A.A. from a JC. What you call a "solution," I call a sad joke.

  • @DerailAmnestydotcom Where di you get your info? Please research. You have it ALL WRONG!

  • @ever2146 No, it's quite accurate. Under the newest proposed version of the DREAM Act an illegal alien doesn't need to graduate from college or even attend a 4 year institution. Further, he isn't required to serve more than two years in the military, or even see combat. It's a joke. It's like selling a 2010 Mercedes (U.S. citizenship) for $700. / These kids have no business being here in the first place. Their removal from the U.S. is long overdue.

  • You're awesome. Tu historia es la mia

  • man you had a big afro

  • This is a Great Piece! Every representative in Congress and the Senate should see this!
