is this the film when the heroine is told by a fortune teller that she will marry a guy with certain name and then the hero tells her that he has that name but he is lying to her to make her like him. if not does anyone know what im talking about, i think that film came out between 1995 and 1998, please does anyone know which film it is

very heart touching song.. my fav.. the singer of this song (Arshad Mehmood) is very close friend of my father so i've been listen this song live several times :)
