There's no sense being mean - everyone has differing opinions. I know some people love Kyle as Melchior and I loathe him ;)

I always see Wendla as precocious but a little older than her years in some ways, and I feel that I can't believe Socha's Wendla when she discusses how "what serves each of us best serves all of us". I also don't feel she has a strong enough voice for TYK or Whispering. But that's me! I've seen Lea and Christy live and I am really growing to love Christy so so much.

Because Steffi's acting of the role kills - she changes it nightly. If her voice was a little richer like Lauren's she would be invincible for eternity as Ilse.

And Socha? Really? She's my least favourite of Wendlas, without hesitation. I'm curious - what makes her stand out for you? Maybe you see something I don't?

I think the vote is slanted as a result of a lot of newer fans who maybe only have bootleg exposure to original/broadway and have more personal "live" experiences with tour cast.

not really. I noticed there were only a few Tour votes for every set. The problem more of was that there were a lot more than just the 2 broadway and the tour casts. A lot of the understudies off-set votes that may have gone to others.
