  • where do they store the food in those tiny stalls????

  • @heckler171 > I dont know for sure, but my guess is, they dont "store" as such, but simply buy fresh meats and vegetables at the markets every morning.

  • An amazing slice of Shinjuku indeed, so many shops in such a tight space. My stomach is rumbling from watching this, need....yaki...tori....

Great video footage of this little spot! I think it's definite I need to re-visit ^___^

  • @ShiverZ66 > Yeah, I can understand why you want to revisit - I love this place to bits too - a combination of great "authentic" food and atmosphere. I try go there at least 2-3 times every month.

  • 日本人ですが、こういう場所はワクワクしちゃいます((*°∀°))

I'm japanese...but, I feel excited in this spot!

  • 本当にありがとうございます

  • I want to go to Japan, the closest thing I have here is Little Tokyo in downtown LA, but I want authentic yakitori. :3

  • Yeah I guess nothing beats the real thing.

But surely "Little Tokyo" is better than nothing, right? (Are there Japanese shops in "Little Tokyo" as well or restaurants only?)

  • Yes, many various brand name shops from Japan, and several wagashi shops ♥♥ ^^ lol

Half the shops sells food. XD

  • I love yakitori.

    我、焼き鳥を愛す。
