back to school sales are useless waste of money, why spend money on buying same stuff again when it can be reused over and over till it lasts . People do not need to buy new desks or comforters or backpacks each year unless they are worn out totally

That's exactly what I do. I've used the same backpack for years until it tore, then I sewed it up and used it for another year. Pencils? I just use ones from hotels and banks and stuff. Pens? Who uses them anyway? Notebooks can last me for two years and only like 2-3 classes actually require them. So yeah those sales are indeed useless.
