Wait, hold on here. "Crime against humanity"? Crime is a choice, but we still should keep the prisoners in our hearts. Jesus says to never forget them and visit them and help them.
@pigjubby1 Over 2 million Americans in prison? I'd say that qualifies as a crime against humanity. That's more people in prison and a higher percentage of the population in prison than China or even the old Soviet Union. A whole lot of non violent drug users ended up in prison while the criminals on Wall Street are free and suck on the teat of taxpayer bailouts. Nothing to be proud of.
@pigjubby1 not everybody is willing or able to buy whatever their government preaches, follow every pointless rule it lays down or pay the taxes it disgustingly forces upon all its citizens. wayne was most certainly not going to hear any of Lyndon Johnson's crap back in 1968, when his axe blazed through the immortal "kick out the jams".
@pigjubby1 With 40,600+ laws on the books, there's a huge likely-hood every person in America has broken the law. NO it's not that easy, to stay out of prison. If you anger the wrong people, they will find a law you've broken, and your ass will go to prison.
Yes things did not change during the 60's because things were not bad enough for there to be a strong urge for real revolutionary change - things NOW are getting bad but due to the reactionary nature of U.S.A. society (I got mine - F--- You!)(Not in my backyard!) things will have to get STILL WORSE (as Jesus predicted they would amen) in order for REAL REVOLUTIONARY change to take place amen? PUNISHMENT AND REPARATION for 400+ years of slavery would be that radical revolutionary change amen?!?!
That "entire generation" from the 60s now supports the system that has turned American into Prison Nation. It is the most repressive generation in American history.
@MrTheJackyfrench No shit Sherlock. Not all Americans are self hating pussies. Some of us still believe in freedom and pulling yourself up by your own bootstraps. Your misguided belief in a socialist utopia is about to come crumbling down and when you all start fighting amongst yourselves for the scraps, WE will have to come in a bail you out again. Just like we always do. So go eat some shit smelling cheese an stay the fuck out of my strip bar. I'm goin hunting.
Is there anyone today, anywhere, that does not feel "our country is seriously going in the wrong direction"? If so, please tell me why we're not on the road to hell.
@stockholm17 We are on the road to hell. Look at, not just people of age who are entering into public service and business, look at the general populace. They are like sadistic beasts. Something out of 20 centuries ago, like Rome.
wayne at mc5 years was the ultimate absolute undisputable rock symbol of all times. his uncontrollable passion for life and music brought him all the good and bad things that go with living such a completely rock life. I am so happy he is now so gracefully mature and complete but i am also thrilled he is still that incredible mc5 boy at heart.

Wayne is an extremely intelligent man. Like Wayne, I disagree with the idea of receiving a "calling", but I applaud him for what he's doing.
