3rd headlock kasa gatame are a thing of the passed and completely impractical even a 16 year old knows there is back entry everywhere and will take your back in seconds.. just a friendly heads up you need to do some serious ground training before posting videos of ground fighting techniques meaning a 16 year old who plays any mma game on the xbox or see MMA on TV has this basic knowledge now..( almost)
@borobei Hi, Yes it does. I was tempted to call it a crucifix but usually with a crucifix you are under the opponent. Part of the technique (the second hand grab) is from San sei ryu Kata (Preying Mantis - last technique of Kata). The leg position is like Tsuru ashi dachi (White Crane foot stance) similar foot positions are in many Goju Kata - Saifa, Seiunchin, Kururunfa as leg traps, but obviously used on floor in this case. Thanks for your interest regards Tom
@TOMHILLSVISION Great demonstrations and explanations as usual mr. Hills, the more i look into Gojo Ryu the more it amazes me the same way your instruction does, thanks for the videos and the answers, keep up the good work.
@borobei Hi, Always a pleasure to chat to serious and knowledgable Martial arts practitioners such as yourself. Shame the rest of the Utube community cannot deal with each other in a similar manner. Kind regards tom.
