Yeah, that's how it goes. I get frustrated for a while, but after it happens enough to me, I calm down and get used to it.

On the kart VS bike debate, I think part of the problem, is not just the wheelies, but the fact that all the bikes are more manoeuvrable and easier to turn. Maybe if they significantly boosted speed, weight and acceleration on karts, people might consider using them. Speed and weight VS better handling. Just my two cents on the matter.

Yeah, rainbow road and Bowser's castle can go wrong in an instant. I think I broke a record for most times hit in a row too: hit by red shell, then spiky, green, another red, POW, ANOTHER red, and a giant shroomer, which made me lose my gold shroom. true story

How long did that take you to get?

A while. You need to get at least a 1-star rank on the Mushroom, Flower, Star, and Special Cups in 150cc. It isn't a difficult thing for me to do at this point...I just spend most of my time playing this game playing online.

You'll fail a lot more times than you'll succeed. The computer players cheat in many ways, all of them related to Items.

I'm almost 100% sure that the devs didn't alter the percentages to account for the added 12 racers, so that probably adds to the frustration.

The item percentages? They were definitely reworked in this game. It's the way the computer players can get items whenever they want and aim them all at you that makes it frustrating.

I really hate when someone nabs 1st place and you end like nothing on the last straight befe the goal.

And sometimes when I play MarioKart DS, other players disconnect because I've got a 3-star ranking there and I know how to snake.

Awe! Ugh! Don't you just want to scream at your tv when it does that?! Fortunately, it hasn't done that to me in a few days, so I've actually managed to bump my VR into the 8000s. I definitely agree that you had some Charlie Brown luck in this video, but your entire Dry Bowser session wasn't so unlucky was it?

One thing about heavy karts and bikes is that I don't care what the acceleration says, it still feels like they take forever to get up to speed. That in itself could've pushed you back.

I'm still working on the Grand Prix; the grading system is much more lenient in 150cc it seems, as I got second place in a race and still got a star ranking.

When I'm done there, I'll go back to Time Trials. I only stayed in there long enough to get Baby Luigi anyway.

Yeah, that's what happened in the Leaf Cup. I was hoping to get the double-star rating, like what happened when I did the Mushroom and Star Cups for 150cc. I got shafted like nine times until I was able to do well in the Leaf Cup.
