He's got to be using Moogerfoogers on this. The sound isnt that difficult to recreate; its a sine on 2 occillators, and saw on the third (im guessing.).

No moogerfoogers. Just use two OSC's at the same semitones and detune the second OSC a bit, try with two saw as a start. BTW, the minimoog doesn't have a sine wave. Perhaps try with a pure square waveform. Just have a go untill it's there. The third OSC is most likely used for vibrato, so only two OSC's does the foundation of the sound. Don't forget the portamento/glide. You'll see it's very simple.
