  • @solidstick247 I agree.

  • Healthy?? with this much oil???? with all my respect madam you need to read more about food and health.

  • wow that's an insane amount of butter

  • Why oil AND butter? To make it closer to healthy I'd use an olive oil/canola oil spray or virgin olive oil.

  • @ButtaScotch07 Butter has a low smoking point, adding olive oil prevents it from burning.

  • she forgot to say, it has a great source of fat, cause of all that butter and oil. oh YEAH. SUPER HEALTHY BREAKFAST MY ASS.

  • @MrFullshock Butter has a low smoking point. So if you dont use oil (which has a higher smoking point) it'll burn and your omelet will suck. If you dont know much about cooking then dont comment. Using both of them... will add flavor and prevent burning. So stop being dumb.

  • That's definitely too much butter and olive oil, not excellent at all

  • hmm I don't know but I think there is to much oil and butter all together....

  • @cilluzza08 I think so too.. and i think 4 eggs is way to much for a 'healthy" breakfast

  • @Cashmachinez

Egg whites are 17 calories an egg.

    4 egg whites = 68 calories.

I agree that the butter an oil is way too much, too. Why not use Pam or something? :P

  • @xXxSteziExXx Butter has low smoking point (meaning it burns very easily) using both Oil and Butter prevents sticking, and prevents burning. You could use pam if you want to but the butter adds flavor and the oil prevents burning, Olive oil has a higher smoking point.
